This Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council-funded project partnered with the Kick & Push Festival in Kingston, ON from 2021-2023. Working with Artistic Producer Liam Karry and the K&P team, Dr. Kelsey Jacobson and her research assistants conducted over seventy interviews with audience members spanning a two-year period to investigate questions about co-presence and what it meant and felt like for audiences to gather together to watch live performance following pandemic lockdowns.
