Travelling to the event

By Transit

Campus Shuttle

For those living in or near downtown Toronto, the most convenient way to reach campus may be to take the shuttle that links the downtown UofT and Mississauga campuses. Please note that the shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.

There are limited shuttle trips on the day of the event. You can see the summer shuttle schedule here. The shuttle takes approximately 45-60 minutes, and those wishing to make the 10am start time will need to take either the 8:35 am or 8:55 am shuttle to campus (the next shuttle doesn’t leave until 9:55am).

The shuttle stop is located outside of Wetmore Hall, 21 Classic Avenue, located just southeast of Harbord Street and Spadina Avenue. It stops in front of UofT Mississauga’s Instructional Centre, a couple minutes’ walk from Deerfield Hall.

The shuttle costs $7 each way, and tickets can be purchased from the Hart House Information Desk, on the main floor of the UofT Hart House building. (Click here for link to Hart House on Google Maps. Click here for the 10-minute walking route from Hart House Information Desk to Downtown Shuttle Stop).

TTC and MiWay Transit

The University of Toronto Mississauga campus is accessible via Mississauga public transit or MiWay. Bus routes include the 1, the 44, the 101, and the 110 stop on the campus.

TTC users can get to Mississauga by taking the TTC West to Kipling station. From Kipling Subway Station, an underground tunnel links to the Kipling Bus Terminal, from which one can take the MiWay 1 bus or the 101 bus to the Uoft Mississauga Campus stop (about 45 minutes-1 hour). PRESTO-card holders can tap their cards to pay their fare on all MiWay buses.

Once you reach the University of Toronto Mississauga campus stop, you will need to cross campus to reach Deerfield Hall. Click here for the 7-minute Google maps walking route.

GO Transit

To reach the University of Toronto Mississauga campus via GO transit, you will need to transfer to a local, MiWay bus. PRESTO card holders can tap their cards on all MiWay buses to pay their fare.

From the Clarkson GO station, take the northbound 110 MiWay transit bus to the campus stop.

From the Square One GO station, take the southbound 110 MiWay transit bus to the campus stop.

Once you reach the University of Toronto Mississauga campus stop, you will need to cross campus to reach Deerfield Hall. Click here for the 7-minute Google maps walking route.

Driving to the Event and Parking

The address of the University of Toronto Mississauga is 3359 Mississauga Road, accessible by a number of driving routes.

Unfortunately, there is no free parking available on campus. We recommend that those attending the event park in Parking Lot 9.

Click here for a link to a map of the suggested parking options, and demonstrating how to get to Deerfield Hall from parking lot 9. Please note that the lot closest to Deerfield Hall, Lot 1 is for permit holders only.

Parking rates for lot 9 are $2.75 per half hour, with a daily maximum of $17.50.

By Taxi/Uber or being dropped off

Deerfield Hall is one of the de facto drop-off points for the university campus, so be sure to specify it as your drop off location (and not the university campus in general). The drop off spot is just off the university’s Outer Circle, at the back of the building.

If you are dropped off, you will enter Deerfield Hall via the second floor, and will need to take the stairs/elevator down to the first floor to arrive at Rehearsal Hall A, which is located along the main atrium.
